What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer postal delivery via Mauritius Post.
– Normal postage as from Rs 75 for less than 1 kg
– Express delivery as from Rs 110 for less than 1kg
You can also pick up from the atelier in Coromandel on appointment only. We do not provide in person deliveries.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not provide international shipping via our website. Please contact us for more information on any international order.
We also offer postage to Rodrigues as from Rs 125 for less than 1kg.
How Long Will It Take To Ship My Online Order?
Once you confirm your online order with payment, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
– Normal postage takes 3 – 10 business days
– Express delivery within 2 business days
How Long Will It Take To Have My Pre-order Shipped?
Most custom requests will be fulfilled approx. 2 weeks after purchase although this may vary at times based on my current workload.

Payments can be made by Juice, MyT Money or Bank Transfers.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to order. On the checkout page, you will be required to fill all the necessary details for shipping and you will be given the option to create an account from these details.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once shipped, you will be sent a tracking number by email. If any delay to receive your order, you may call your nearest post office to find out where your parcel is.
